Upon booking this appointment you agree to the following cancellation/no show policy.
• if you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48hrs notice, you will be liable for 50% of the appointment fee. If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice then you will be liable for 100% of the appointment fee. These fees will need to be paid before any new appointments are booked/carried out.
• if you don't arrive for your appointment then you will be required to pay 100% of the appointment fee before any further appointments are booked/carried out
